Personal Information

Mike is originally from Providence, Rhode Island.  Theresa was born in New York City and raised in South Florida.  We moved to Cody shortly after getting married and have been here 14 years.

We have been licensed Realtors since 1980.  It is our intention to serve our clients with the highest levels of expertise.  We are both Certified Residential Specialists, (CRS), Certified Relocation Professionals, (CRP), Graduates of the Realtors Institute, (GRI) and Theresa also has herAccredited Buyers Representative designation, (ABR) and is a member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute.

We are both active in our community and participate in various clubs.  We are corporate  sponsors of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center and are members of the Cody Shooting Complex.   In 2004, Theresa received an award from Soroptimist International for Advancing the Status of Women.  She is also a past President of the Cody Chapter of Toastmasters International.  In 2006 Theresa graduated from the Park County Leadership Institute.  The Donley Team Real Estate Group is a sponsor of Forward Cody, our economic development initiative.  Theresa currently serves as a board member.  Mike is  a member of the Cody Elks Club.  He is also a member of the Cody Country Art League.  We both fundraise annually for the Wyoming March of Dimes and the Wyoming  Childrens Society.

We have been blessed with a 10 year old daughter, Willa-Marie.  She is a joy to us and we are fortunate to be able to raise her in Cody where we all enjoy an exceptional quality of life.

Our family spends most of our free time together.  We enjoy camping, skiing, traveling and spending time with friends.
